How to automate your Instagram DMs with Claude

Four steps from sign-up to a live automation, with a prompt you can copy into Claude.

Quick answer

Create a DM Spark account, connect your Instagram and choose Creator, then connect Claude under Settings → Connected apps. Describe the automation you want in Claude, and it goes live on the post you picked or your next post.

Set it up in four steps

  1. Create a DM Spark account

    Sign up at dmspark.io with your email.

  2. Connect your Instagram and choose Creator

    Connect your Instagram account, then choose Creator.

  3. Connect Claude

    In DM Spark, go to Settings → Connected apps and choose Add to Claude. Approve the connection when DM Spark asks.

  4. Describe your automation

    In Claude, say what should start the automation and what to send. Claude builds it for you.

If Add to Claude doesn't open, add a custom connector in Claude named DM Spark with this server URL:

https://api.dmspark.io/mcp
