Each automated DM that DM Spark successfully sends counts once, including first messages, follow-ups, email requests, and reminders. Public comment replies, incoming messages, link clicks, collected emails, and failed sends don't count.

Sending pauses, and nothing is charged automatically. On Free, sending resumes next calendar month. On Creator and Studio, you can add 10,000 messages for $5 to keep going. Instagram limits how long a reply can be sent after someone interacts, so messages missed while paused may not send later.

On Creator and Studio, each pack adds 10,000 messages for $5, paid once. Packs are used after your included messages, never expire, and carry over from one billing period to the next. We never buy a pack for you.

Yes, in Settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then your account returns to Free. Unused pack messages are kept, but you can only use them while you're on a paid plan.
